So Its Mid day & I am now eating an apple, drinking another 8oz of water. At 2pm I will eat Broccoli, and drink 12 ounces of water... I am urinating like crazy and I will probably loose about a pound and a half by the end of the day. Now don't hold this against me if I'm wrong but I am willing to bet that by Sunday I will have lost 10 lbs. I weighed myself this morning and won't be weighing myself again until Sunday... We will see (fingers crossed)
